Oak Hollow Campground has three types of reservations, camping club, furniture market and extended stay reservations. Each type of reservation has it's own set of requirements. Please select the type of reservation needed and fill out the associated form.

Payment may be made by either credit card or check. If paying by check, please include authorization number supplied on form submission response on memo line. If paying with a credit card, please complete form and submit. In order to complete your reservation by credit card, please print and sign submission response form and mail.

For Camping Clubs, minimum of 10 campsites.

RESERVATION POLICY

Furniture market campers are given the first opportunity to reserve their current campsites for the upcoming market. Market reservations must be prepaid for a minimum of eight (8) days at the rate for that section. Sites are confirmed when the completed form and payment is submitted to the campground office. The deadline for accepting reservation requests for the next market is 7:00 pm on the first Monday of the current market.

Campers that do not submit the reservation request form and payment will forfeit their site for the next market. Campsites cannot be transferred, leased, or gifted to another individual. Any open sites will be made available to the general public on the last Friday of the current market. Requests will be accepted in the campground office beginning at 8:00 am on a first come, first served basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Campers wishing to cancel their reservation must send a request in writing to the campground office. Cancellations received up to 30 days before the official start of the market are eligible for a 75% refund of the prepaid reservation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days are not eligible for a refund. Campers canceling their reservation will forfeit their opportunity to reserve that site for future markets.

Extended Stay Request

The Oak Hollow Family Campground has a 14-day stay limit. Extensions beyond the 14 days are permitted under the following:

Requirements:

  1. The campground has sites available for extended camping.
  2. A justified reason and written documentation is provided to the Campground Manager.
  3. Requests submitted are on a company or medical letterhead signed by the employer/physician and includes their contact information.
Conditions:
  1. Approved extensions will be for a 90-day period.
  2. Extensions are only permitted in sites designated by the Campground Manager.
  3. No extensions are allowed one week prior and during the semi-annual furniture markets.
  4. Camping fees are paid one week in advance and are not refundable.
  5. Addresses cannot be established and mail received in the campground.
  6. Campers may be required to move for site maintenance.
  7. Two vehicles allowed per campsite. Vehicle and boat storage not permitted.
  8. The Oak Hollow Campground reserves the right to revoke extensions at any time.
